Who Are We?
Potomac Flow Yoga is a non-profit, vinyasa-based yoga studio. We practice in a spacious, light-filled studio nestled near the heart of Potomac, MD. We are a community united in our love of this practice and are inspired to share it with others.
We offer daily classes for all levels of yogis.
We recently added a Yin Yoga class to our regular offerings!
