
Beginner/Level 1. New(ish) to yoga? Have you wanted to begin a yoga practice, but don’t know how to get started? This class is for you! The beginner/level 1 classes will introduce the foundations of a yoga practice. You will learn proper alignment and breathing, beginner poses, how to use props like blocks and straps to assist you, and basic cueing and terminology used in a yoga class.
Vinyasa Flow (All Levels). This class synchronizes breath to movement and is designed to offer a variety of options to meet you where your practice is on any given day. Expect an energetic flow incorporating strength, balance, and conscious breathing.
Yin Yoga. For those who crave stillness that strengthens. Yin Yoga is patient, grounding, and quietly transformative. Expect longer holds, steady breath, and a space to listen. Yin is slow enough to feel and strong enough to hold you.

Join us on Sunday, November 9th, from 1-3PM for a guided yoga Nidra meditation paired with the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, flute, and chimes.
What to bring? Just your mat or borrow one of ours. Props will be provided.
What to wear? Comfortable clothing that you would normally wear to a yoga class.
